Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 2 weeks to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I purchase a sofa?
Yes! You can order up to five complimentary fabric swatches through our 'Swatch Program' page to ensure the color and texture are perfect for your space.
Does my Milu furniture come with a warranty?
All Milu furniture pieces include a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal residential use.
